To promote improved access to greater mobility options for persons with disabilities.

WHAT WE DO

• ADA Certification - paratransit eligibility assessments to determine if persons with disabilities can use public transportation systems.

• Travel Training - instruction to provide the knowledge and skills necessary for individuals to safely use public and alternative transportation options in the community.

• One-Stop Transportation Call Center - toll-free customer service department responds to transportation information inquiries and eligibility requirements.

• Centralized Logistics - trip coordination, vendor contract compliance audits, vehicle/resource scheduling, operation of intelligent transportation technologies including Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping and Global Positioning System (GPS) technologies, and supporting billing administration services.

• Mobility Management - short-range and long-range transportation planning and management activities.
